This product is a portable battery energy storage type spot welding machine, mainly use in the welding of 18650 cylindrical battery such as nickel.This product built-in high-magnification polymer power batteries, the maximum output current up to 650A, after a full charge can theoretically thousands of continuous welding point.This product with output power and battery instructions, manual output modes, 6 files output power can be set up at the same time.

Directions for use

Switch machine

1. Long press the button 2s indicator lights up under shutdown state, and the device starts up.
2. Long press the button 2s indicator turns off and the device shuts down.

Switch Output Mode

Boot device after the welding output, short press a switch machine button can change two output modes optional:

1. Automatic Output : The spot welding pen will be automatically detected. When both welding pens touch the metal, it well be output once.
2. Manual Mode : Press the manual spot welding key once every short time to output the spot welding pen once.

Set The Output Tap

1. Press the button once to increase the output gear;
2. Press the button short  and the red indicator lights at which position, that is, how many gear;
3. When the output gear is set to the highest level, then press the button to return to 1.

Spot Welding Nickel

1. Ensure that both ends of the battery are smooth and clean without rust;
2. Ensure the nickel sheet is smooth and clean;
3. Install the quick-release spot welding pen, set up the spot weldind machine, and press properly so that the welding needle and the nickel sheet have good contact with the battery, and there is no dangling contact;
4. Waiting for welding!

Automatic Shutdown

Produsts, 8 minutes without any operating will automatically be turned off.
