The Round Capacitive Fingerprint Sensor Module is a compact biometric fingerprint recognition module designed for fingerprint identification, verification, and access-control applications. It integrates a capacitive fingerprint sensor with an internal fingerprint processing and recognition algorithm, allowing the module to capture and process fingerprints directly without requiring an external image-processing system. The module communicates with a host microcontroller through a 3.3V TTL UART interface and supports up to 200 fingerprint templates. Its compact round design makes it suitable for embedded applications such as smart locks, access control systems, attendance devices, safes, cabinets, and security equipment.
